You are welcome to read and enjoy any and all of the Leroy & Lard adventures. If you would like
to participate and build your own stories, you are encouraged to do so. In order to build your
own stories, you must register as a user.
We don't ask for much...just an email address, first and last name, zip code and an avatar name and
image if you have one. If you do not have an avatar image you will automatically be given our generic one.
Once you have registered you are able to create and add to any of the Interactive adventures.
When adding content to your story, we recommend that you write two or three short paragraphs per addition.
That will allow us to create an illustration to fit each content section more directly to
develop a quality storyline. If you do not like the illustrations that we create, you can let us know
and we may or may not elect to modify it.
We are continually creating new images that go along with storylines, so it may take several days
to see illustrations come to life in your storyline.
You can also email us and ask us to create a specific image that might help with
your storyline.
If you see a symbol, it means
this is a 'Freestyle' story and any registered user can add to that storyline.
RULES
No worries, just a couple of things that we need to watch out for.
We don't allow vulgar language or content as decided by us. If there is language that we do not accept,
it may be hidden or masked or your storyline may not become active until you change it. The other option
as decided by us is that we can make edits to your storyline with regards to the unacceptable
language or content.
A 'Music Shorty' is a short story about an event or even a conversation you
had or made up while smoking pot and getting buzzed. Shorties should include the
characters Leroy and Lard and belong to one of the on-going main adventures *.
A good example of a Shorty is
'Watching Ants' by Jimbo.
It is part of the 'Lake Travis' adventure and has 3 different
short sections below the main adventure, so there is good imagery to go along with the storyline.
In order to write and share Shorties, you must register as a user. We don't ask for
much...just an email address, first and last name, zip code and an avatar name and
image if you have one. If you do not have an avatar image you will automatically be given our generic one.
Once you have registered you will be able to write a Shorty and add it any of the Interactive adventures.
When adding content to your Shorty, we recommend that you write two or three short paragraphs per
section.
That will allow us to create illustrations to fit each content section more directly to
develop a quality Shorty. If you do not like the illustrations that we create, you can let us know
and we may or may not elect to modify them.
We are continually creating new images that go along with other Shorties, so it may take several days
to see illustrations come to life in your Shorty.
You can also email us and ask us to create a specific image that might help with your Shorty.
You can also email us and ask us to install a specific song that might help bring your Shorty to life.
If you see a symbol, it means
this is a 'Freestyle' Shorty and any registered user can add to that on-going storyline.
